- Overall development (Bayleys III) – ages 1-4 years
- Assessment of cognitive and intellectual development as well as language and motor development to identify normal progress or areas of developmental delay. Early assessment and intervention not only allows for strengths to be identified but it can also highlight any areas of weakness. Once identified recommendations can be made to minimise a child’s ongoing functional impairments and help avoid missed opportunities for mastering critical functional skills. This assessment also identifies challenges early on so that interventions can be introduced at the earliest possible time, if necessary.
- School readiness assessments:
- For parents who are unsure whether to send their child to school or hold them back for another year.
- Cognitive and intellectual assessments & educational evaluations – ages 4-18 years:
- These assessments highlight how a child learns information, as well as their speed of processing information and aspects of their memory. The focus is on understanding a child’s academic strengths and weaknesses and also to assess and pinpoint learning difficulties and identify strategies that will assist the child to maximise their academic potential.
